Another year of built up grievances has come to this–a Festivus! And for us that means The Braries, annual awards of recognition or challenges as the case may be.

The main assignment is to have a Brary to present to at least one member of the crew. This can be a simple note of appreciation, recognition, grievance, or challenge for them. You can choose antagonism or rapport, accusation or praise.

For extra credit come with a personal Feats of Strength challenge for yourself in the coming year. Something you are setting as a personal goal.
